This is the first page from G.I. Joe: Cobra Civil War #5 by Javier Saltares and inked by Chris Ivy. It is a published original, fully inked splash-page for IDW Comics on 11″ x 17″ Bristol Board.
This issue starts with a covert meeting between the Baroness and Zartan on the streets of Paris. This page is penciled with incredible detail and the inks are fantastic. Just look at all that Zip-a-Tone! Just incredible detail.
Moby has one other from Salteres from this title, a half splash.
